Hitting will take place every day both on field and in cages. The goal is for the boys to have fun and also learn the skills, and proper fundamentals taught by former MLB players, former and current Minor League players and former and current College players. I believe the catcher is the most important position on the field and yet is taught the least at practice by coaches and so many skills are overlooked which are necessary to be a successful catcher in HS or College. In this one day camp we will focus on all the skills required to become a quality catcher and leader on the field. There will be a very limited number of spots available for this Camp. Evaluations will be written for each catcher in attendance.

Skills to be Covered:
Receiving
Blocking
Throwing to bases (POP time)
Picks to bases
Fielding Bunts
Plays at the Plate
Pop ups to the Catcher
Leadership Talks
