My son has played with very highly competitive club teams the past few years (Top 2-3 teams in the state for his age classification). Last summer, his scout team place 7^th in the USA Baseball Tournament that featured 52 teams from the western part of the U.S. He played the majority of the games but didn’t bat. My son, Parker, has attended Chad’s hitting and catching clinics for the past three months. Since I coach my son’s team, I thought he might listen to someone else. He not only listened, he thrived. Chad and his team make baseball fun, while accepting nothing but each player’s personal best. My son got so much out of the clinics that I recommended them to my entire team. It is hard to find personal pitching, hitting and catching instruction for younger kids, and Chad’s clinics are outstanding. Catching Instruction : As a catching client you will be taught both the basics of catching and advanced techniques. These will include set-up, receiving, blocking, techniques of preparing for a quick release, directional mechanics.

Strategy On the Field: Being a catcher is more than catching a ball and returning it to the pitcher. Catchers are the team managers on the field. The catcher’s decisions often will win or lose a game. We will look at those strategies.Baseball Clinics Calendar

Hitting Instruction: As a hitting client you will be taught both the basics of hitting and advanced hitting techniques. These include the finding of a stance that works for you, bat selection, muscle memory, reading the pitcher, quick hands, and power.

Your Goals : What do you want to accomplish in baseball? In life? As one becomes a more knowledgeable baseball player, they will see that the game offers an opportunity to learn great life-lessons. Players have good days and bad days, the importance of team work, and working toward a goal. These lessons, as well as others, will be instilled in your son.
